About This Project

Obsidian Entertainment wanted to commemorate 20 years in business by thanking their employees with some truly mind blowing gifts inspired by their games. We took artistic concepts provided to us by Red Peg Marketing and created physical props.

We were given a drawing of a fantasy satchel and told to create something in its' likeness. We started with a roll of veg tan leather and cut it to size, dyed it, laser engraved it and sewed it together. The interior has a canvas lining sewn in and is large enough to fit a laptop and the accompanying spell book Obsidian requested also be produced. This satchel was part of a set of fantasy gifts we created.
