About This Project

We are a B2B company but sometimes, late on a Friday night, we wish we did B2C for reasons like live edge tables. They are beautiful, they are art and the process of building them is relaxing. But, we love our clients and and love building amazing things for them which means our families get to be the beneficiaries of our weekend woodworking.

These tables start as open air dried slabs that we cut down to size, debark, plane and sand. Our go-to finish is Rubio Monocoat. Local woodworker and lumber legend Blacktail Studios turned us on to Rubio, that man is a genius if you have not seen any of his work. Our steel legs are usually 12 or 14 guage depending on what is lying around in the shop. We finish our legs with a matte clear coat or cerakote finish.

These tables are easier to make than you would expect if you watch YouTube tutorials and have patience, we encourage those with a desire and basic tools to give it a shot!
